Is the owner of our national company and started the business from the ground up. She’s passionate about making sure that everyone is taken care of and is forever updating how things are done to create a brand you can trust.

Ex-Army and a Veteran who served in Afghanistan, like so many of our patients she’s seen the worst there is to see and can personally relate to those suffering from the mental scars of war.


As a young entrepreneur with skills in multiple disciplines, Sabrina is motivated to help people from all walks of life achieve their goals and meet their physical needs.

Alex

Exercise Physiologist

Loves being able to help others achieve their goals, whether it's health, rehabilitation, or performance via the use of exercise and educating about its associated benefits. When clients achieve their goals, there is no better feeling than seeing the enjoyment and satisfaction they experience.  In his spare time, Alex enjoys watching all sports, currently plays football and likes outdoor activities such as snowboarding and hiking.


Alex has over 7 years experience helping returned veterans from Vietnam and Afghanistan with their physical condition and injuries such as low back, knee and shoulders as well as mental health. Recent years he has expanded into the NDIS field and helping clients function and improve their day to day life with experience in ABI, autism and intellectual disability. He has experience rehabbing his own injuries from his sporting endeavours which includes Achilles tendon rupture, hamstring strains and low back pain


Adhering to the belief that "Movement is a medicine creating change in a person's physical, emotional, and mental states," he recognizes the transformative power of physical activity. The hardest thing about exercise is to START. Once you are doing EXERCISE REGULARLY, the hardest thing is to STOP!"

Daniel is a passionate and highly qualified professional dedicated to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals. With over a 7 years of experience in the field, Daniel specialises in designing customised exercise programs tailored to individual needs and health conditions. His expertise extends to areas such as cardiovascular fitness, strength training, flexibility, and functional movement patterns with a keen passion for musculoskeletal conditions. He also has a keen interest in the application of exercise as a preventive and therapeutic measure for various health concerns.


What sets Daniel apart is his genuine passion for helping individuals lead healthier lives. He believes in the power of education and empowerment, guiding clients to understand the science behind their fitness routines to get the most out of their sessions. His approach is holistic, considering not only physical health but also mental well-being.

Sean

Exercise Physiologist

Rosebud

Deeply passionate about being able to provide exercises and movements for the improvement and maintenance of chronic conditions and acute injuries. Empowering each person with the confidence to move (exercise) and knowledge to understand (conditions) to perform activities of daily living pain-free is what motivates me to work with you in the present and future.

 

Sean has 5 years experience helping returned veterans with their physical condition and injuries such as back, knee and shoulders as well as mental health. Additionally working within the NDIS field helping clients with their functional capacity and improve their day to day life. Experience in ABI, CP, Autism, Intellectual disability, MS and Ataxia.

With further experience working with a range musculoskeletal and metabolic issues for rehabilitation and improvements - conditions include arthritis, hip and knee replacements, diabetes and falls prevention.


Currently dabbling in indoor bouldering and volleyball. Whilst preparing for a half marathon!


Maintenance is longevity! Knowledge is power!

Darcy

Exercise Physiologist

Noble Park & Carrum Downs 

Darcy has 4 years of experience prescribing exercise to help deliver health outcomes & goal oriented programs to a variety of clientele. He believes exercise & movements play pivotal role in the betterment of physical & mental health.

Since joining EPA Health, Darcy has been working with returned veterans as well as NDIS registered individuals to ensure improvements in health outcomes as well as working towards their physical goals. Helping clients manage their life with metabolic issues such as diabetes & PCOS as well as cardiovascular health concerns like hypertension, obesity and other heart conditions helping them return to a life of activity & health whilst managing their weight. Darcy also has experience working clients that suffer from neurological conditions like strokes, intellectual disability, Parkinson’s & MS.

With experience as a personal trainer & a gymnastics coach Darcy is well equipped to working with adults & children. From general population to athletes he has helped people manage their pain from chronic conditions like low back, neck, shoulder & knee pain helping them return to sport or work.

Outside of work Darcy completes his own training in the gym & spends his spare time riding motorbikes & camping.

Staci

Exercise Physiologist

Noble Park, Mornington & Rosebud

After completing her undergraduate degree, Staci wanted the opportunity to help a wider population through exercise and healthy education. It is rewarding seeing clients go from starting to when they achieve their goals and are able to complete tasks they thought they wouldn’t be able to do again. Outside of work, Staci enjoys playing netball, going to the gym, pilates classes and going

on hikes with her dog.


Her time in the field, she has seen a wide range of clients from children to the older population,

and many musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, metabolic and neurological conditions. Staci has a

passion for helping people with cardiovascular and metabolic conditions, women's health and

seeing clients return to sport, as she loves sport and is an avid netballer. She looks forward to

branching out to assist people with any condition or injury.

Certified in Exercise Physiology, Blake combines expertise with a friendly approach. Whether you're a fitness beginner or a seasoned enthusiast, Blake's personalized health care plans make achieving your goals fun and exciting.


Currently, Blake works predominantly with a vast array of population groups, including Veterans Health, Workplace Injuries, Chronic Disease Management and NDIS to say the least.


Outside of work Blake has too many hobbies, some of which include Taekwondo, Fire Twirling, Oztag, Strength & Conditioning, Badminton and D&D.

Connor

With a start in this industry due to unfortunate family health decline, Connor prides himself on being the difference in peoples lives when the medical industry tells them that they “will decline and there is not a lot you can do about it”. Taking the individual approach to each person who walks into his sessions, Connor strives on being able to help people hit the goals they thought were just out of reach, or the ones that they battle each day to smash.

 

Connor has 4 years experience working in a range of different clinics with a range of different clientele such as NDIS, DVA, Medicare and many more. Furthermore, Connor has 2 years experience in occupational rehabilitation, working with clients who have sustained a workplace injury and assisting them with getting back into the workforce in a safe and sustainable manner. Connor has a particular specialisation in Mental Health, Neurological/Neurodiversity conditions and Renal conditions. Connor thrives on being able to assist with management and improvement of their condition in ways that they did not realize were possible as a result of increased Physical Activity.

 

On his down time, Connor plays music (Vocals and Guitar) in multiple bands and train’s Mixed Martial Arts
